the handles, rise, holding it at full length of the arm, buckle
to the front. They take a side-pace between the handles and
place the sling over the shoulders, dividing it equally, buckle
to the right. They stoop, slip the loops over the handles,
commencing with the left, and grasp both handles firmly. No.1
